Though our study focusing on the introduction of Basic Practitioners with Professional Interests (Table 2) was explicitly collective in structure (four contrasting Main treatment organisations have been studied), is was also instrumental in that this individual Specialist team was studied being an exemplar of the more typical phenomenon of workforc
